As a successful e-commerce venture, OneFit is changing the way we do sports and we need you as our Customer Happiness & Operations Champion to create and maintain loyal members and happy partners. After all, it’s all about them and their ultimate experience!

 

The job

We are now active in 6 cities in the Netherlands and Germany and are expanding further into rest of Europe soon. The success of our company is happy members living a healthy sporty life and partners satisfied with our cooperation. You are our first point of contact in the communication with both the members and venues to help them with their inquiries about their business. 

What does it entail?

  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATOR:

You will be responsible for keeping our members & partners happy. You won't be just replying to the emails and social media posts. You will be looking for any way to make our members fall in love with healthy sporty lifestyle and with OneFit, obviously! You will be doing so by: 


  • when they have a request about the new schedule of classes

  • when they share with us great valuable feedback and ideas

  • reaching out to members who are in doubt whether to join OneFit

  • ATTENTION TO DETAIL & ANALYTICAL:

You will be able to see patterns and spot potential problems:

  • so you can act on time, communicate to the relevant people (e.g. development) and can communicate fast with the development team so they can fix the bug you think is there or come up with an improvement to make our or members' lives easier
  • EFFICIENT & PROBLEM SOLVER

You will also be involved in optimising the processes, making the workflow better, faster and smarter (both for our members, partners, our team and the business)!

 

We are looking for smart and talented co-workers who have a real sports mentality; we want to win and we never ever give up. If you join us you will work in a young and rapidly growing team in our Amsterdam office.

We are expanding our service to all major cities in Europe, so lots of opportunities if you have an ambitious nature.

Requirements

What we look for in you

  • Top sports mentality*- working with the best is being one of the best

  • You are a student (Communications, Administration, Social Sciences is preferred but not obligatory!)

  • Service minded and able to be in contact with lots of people at once

  • Structured and you know how to prioritize important tasks

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (or German)

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing)

  • Experience in a customer service job in e-commerce is a big plus

  • Experience in working with online tools and software

  • Flexibility in your working hours

  • Availability for minimum 3 months starting ASAP
